About us

This website and the text message program described below are operated by KARRAR ENTERPRISES LLC, doing business as AK Consulting, an AI consulting practice. Throughout these terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to that entity.

SMS text message program

AK Consulting operates a text messaging program for people who have given express written consent to receive messages from us. The terms in this section apply specifically to that program.

How you join

You join by submitting your mobile number through a form on this website and ticking the consent checkbox for the message type you want. Checkboxes are never pre-ticked, and consent is always optional — you can submit an enquiry, book a call, and work with us without ever agreeing to receive texts. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

What we send

There are two separate programs and two separate checkboxes. You may join either, both, or neither.

• Appointments and updates — appointment reminders, booking confirmations, scheduling changes, and replies about an enquiry or project you contacted us about.
• Marketing — special offers, discounts, and service updates from AK Consulting.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Appointment and update messages are sent as events occur — typically 1 to 5 messages per month. Marketing messages are sent no more than 4 times per month. We do not send messages on a fixed automated schedule beyond this.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for the messages themselves, but your mobile carrier may charge you for sending and receiving them according to your plan. Check with your carrier if you are unsure.

How to get help

Reply HELP to any message from us for assistance, or contact AK Consulting directly at ahmed@youraiconsultant.ai or +1 614-589-0890. Replying HELP will return our business name and these contact details.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change without notice.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of, or authorised to incur charges on, the mobile number you submit. Do not submit a number that is not yours.

Your privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell or share your mobile number or your SMS consent with anyone. Read the full Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

Use of this website

This site and everything on it — text, design, code, images, and written material — belongs to us or is used with permission. You may read and share it. You may not republish it as your own, resell it, or scrape it at scale.

Case studies, results, and figures shown on this site describe outcomes for specific clients in specific circumstances. They are not a promise or guarantee of the results you will get. Nothing on this site is legal, financial, or tax advice.

Client engagements

Consulting work is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, timelines, deliverables, confidentiality, and intellectual property. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement controls for the work it covers.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the text message program.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continuing to use the site or the message program after an update means you accept the revised terms.
